" proclaimed at the 22nd General Assembly in Vienna (Austria) on August 24, 2007, ICOM Conseil International des Musées.

The International Museum of Post-Contemporary Art in Resistance - Musée International d'Art Post-Contemporain en Résistance MIAPCR has its origins in the "Declaration of Algiers: Art in Resistance" made by the post-contemporary writer and painter Abu Faisal Sergio Tapia , on May 18, 2021 on International Museum Day, from the studios of Radio Algerie Internationale, in the Algerian capital, in a historic event for the world of people's art, in the broadcast of the Art and Culture program del Mundo, which is broadcast on Algerian radio.

The International Museum of Post-Contemporary Art in Resistance - Musée International d'Art Post-Contemporain en Résistance MIAPCR, points out that true art cannot be contemporary, because it is timeless, it is post-contemporary art, the art of today really in a future made present, because true contemporaneity prevails, towards the new paradigm and post-contemporary language, breaking the conservative academic model of cultural institutions, and the construction of today's intellectual trends, projecting the future of the avant-garde of post-contemporary art dynamically.

Post-contemporary art is the union of art and technology and their different expressions, a true reflection of what today's society lives. The panorama shows a great diversity and includes a very heterogeneous set of artistic practices, as well as different approaches when it comes to limiting the period it covers. To understand contemporary art is to understand conflicts, realities and societies. Knowing post-contemporary art inevitably leads us to understand man in the middle of digital society.

Post-contemporary art has a sense that goes beyond temporality, and is firmly linked to assimilated concepts and contexts, made by the artists and the environment in which they are immersed. Post-contemporary works of art show a break with the traditional artistic unity, emerging as a reaction to the situation and the social historical context in which the artist is in the society of the digital age.

Today we see from the International Museum of Post-Contemporary Art in Resistance - Musée International d'Art Post-Contemporain en Résistance MIAPCR that war is not only as Goya or Picasso painted it, today the dynamics of the digital age carry images in a direct and live form of the tragedies of humanity, where the feelings of solidarity and commitment to human dignity are contrasted against the war on the part of post-contemporary artists. New materials, digital techniques and technological and industrial methods are used to create works of art. The fusion of artistic currents, the search for originality, the value of experimentation and processes, and the creation of new discourses within conceptual art, are characteristics that we see present in the vast majority of works in post-contemporary art.

Post-contemporary art refers to all the art that is the son of our dynamic present-future-present time, be it painting, sculpture, photography, installation, or video-performance currently produced. Digital art appears at the end of the twentieth century as a vanguard in a total revolution in the means of artistic production; where technology has come to merge with the daily life of the artist who uses technological instruments as artistic production without borders.

The International Museum of Post-Contemporary Art in Resistance - Musée International d'Art Post-Contemporain en Résistance MIAPCR breaks with the academic protocols of conservative and institutional artistic and scientific ideology, developing a practice in the dynamic digital revolution that is committed to the society of our time, with means to transform a time of the future into a time of the present as an emancipatory presence in the world of post-contemporary art.

The International Museum of Post-Contemporary Art in Resistance - Musée International d'Art Post-Contemporain en Résistance MIAPCR postulates the universal aesthetic experience for humanity in development and transformation in its projection in avant-garde configurations, towards the future, in the arts visual, post-contemporary art has taken the form of representative painting, photography, sculpture and mixed media, which addresses the current problems of culture and globalized society in the digital age.

What value does Art have if it is not the commitment to our time, the time of pain, death and destruction, the time of heroic resistance of men and women with their stones, with their fists raised towards the sky, what value does Art have if is it not the memory of the peoples? but is it the revolutionary tenderness of Solidarity that saves the human condition in the midst of war?

The International Museum of Post-Contemporary Art in Resistance - Musée International d'Art Post-Contemporain en Résistance MIAPCR claims artistic creation arising from problems of an artistic, economic, aesthetic, political, psychological and social nature through the use of digital techniques, adapting to post-contemporary social and technological conditions in constant dynamics restructuring the cultural and creative systems of humanity.

The International Museum of Post-Contemporary Art in Resistance - Musée International d'Art Post-Contemporain en Résistance MIAPCR, launches the KM World Map of Post-Contemporary Art, who integrate this art network from painters, sculptors, photographers, audiovisual artists , and institutions of fine arts and culture in the development of 21st century art, with conferences, seminars, international exhibitions, interacting post-contemporary art without borders at a global level.

The Post-contemporary art, is itself the art of our own dynamic time, is produced and manifested in the now, responding to the cultural consciousness of the moment, to its society, where the vanguards of digital art mark the future made present.

If all the artists of the world, we commit ourselves to the defense of the lives of the peoples, the bullets of death would not reach to destroy our works of art, which become dynamic in the borderless extension of the digital age of post art. -contemporary as resistance in this XXI century.
